I am a UK lawyer (barrister, called to the bar in 1989) who worked as an in-house lawyer at four well known investment banks for over fifteen years, covering a wide range of banking and finance, with a main focus on derivatives/structured finance and emerging markets.
In 2006 I founded and grew a professional services firm in the UK and Switzerland. In 2011, I founded and grew an agricultural business in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia. I continued to operate as the in-house lawyer for these businesses during those times, dealing with a broad range of commercial legal issues.
