CV Overview
I am a UK lawyer (barrister, called to the bar in 1989). From 1991 to 2006, I worked as an in-house lawyer at top investment banks (Deustche Bank and J.P.Morgan), covering a wide range of banking and financial issues, with a special focus on derivatives/structured finance and emerging markets.
In 2006 I founded and grew a professional services firm in the UK and Switzerland. In 2011, I founded and grew an agricultural business in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia. I continued to operate as both in-house lawyer and commercial director for these businesses, dealing with a broad range of legal and commercial issues.
